The latest forecast European airline is good news for the economy of the north east, as they expect to more than double in aircraft orders the next 20 years - with the value of orders across the company will rise to over 2.2 trillion by 2030.
It is expected fiji that 10,500 of these new aircraft will be purchased to replace older aircraft already are flying, because the new models use less fuel. But the rest, says the company, is going to meet the increasing demand for air travel. Air traffic is expected to more than double between now and 2030.
According to Airbus, the increase in air traffic in part because the world's population continues to increase, but also because of the need for more air links in new areas of the world now.
