Bogota - The Episcopal Conference of Colombia, the United Nations and the Universidad Nacional of Colombia have announced the names of the first 12 victims of the FARC guerrillas and the state that will participate in the peace talks in Havana. According to the agreements between the government and FARC are expected to participate in the talks to end all'ultradecennale Colombian civil war, a representative of the victims of the conflict for a total of 60 people, chosen by the three institutions mentioned above.
